What is the difference between your Cutter/Stamps and Up Stamps?
The main difference between our normal Stamps and our 'Up' Stamps is the final product, our stamps leave an imprint in the dough/fondant. Our 'up' stamps leave a raised finish above the surface (think 3D).
What material are the Cutter/Stamps and Up Stamps made from?
All our Stamps are created using PLA filament
PLA filament is an abbreviation for Polylactic Acid Filament. This is a plastic material that is prepared from vegetables, especially cornstarch. Cornstarch is biodegradable and renewable.
Due to the Nature of 3D printing, there may be slight imperfections however, this will not affect the design or the final outcome.
How to you use Stamps & Cutter?
Prepare your work space by sprinkling a thin layer of corn flour. Using a rolling pin, you will need to roll out your dough/fondant to your desired thickness, we usually recommend 2mm to ensure all designs come through. (Tip, use thicker fondant for our 'Up' Stamps to get a more detailed design) Place any of our Cutters/Stamps over your dough/fondant and press in firmly around and then remove to see what you have created.
How to clean and store your Cutters/Stamps?
Due to the delicate nature of our products, we suggest always handling with care as our cutters particularly have been created with a sharp edge to ensure you get the best cut possible.
After using our Cutters/Stamps, please wash in warm water only with detergent and leave to air dry.
DO NOT PLACE IN DISHWASHER as this will ruin/distort the cutters/stamps.
Store in cool place out of direct sunlight.
Do you sell anything else?
We are a baking supplies company. We stock our own designs that are created and made here in Australia by us. We also work in conjunction with many reputable companies to be able to offer our customers various baking goods from the one place.

We currently offer Free Shipping over $100AUD to all of Australia. We have a standard and express shipping rate, please check Shipping and Deliveries for more information. What is your current processing time?
We aim to ship daily however, our standard process time is 3-5 days.
What packaging do you use?
We are conscious of our carbon footprint so where possible, we use recyclable material such as cellophane bags/ satchels, die cast boxes which are 100% fully recyclable as well as tough bags.

General Shipping Information
- Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones, and does not include our order processing time.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Shipment confirmation will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

- ALL International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority.
- This is not within our control and O'Khach Baking Supplies is not responsible for paying these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.
